Laser jet cutting, water jet cutting and press brake for sheet metal processing.
Water jet can cut almost any material from tool steel to titanium, to foam, to plastics, ranging from 0.001” to 8.00” thickness. Laser jet can cut thicknesses up to ½” in aluminum, ½” stainless steel, 1” carbon steel, ¼” cooper, ¼” brass, 3/8” in titanium. Our press brake can bend aluminum from 0.001” to 0.250” and steel from 0.001” to 0.125”.
Surface Finish
Zinc, Galvanizing, Passivation, Electropolish, Phosphatizing, Hard Anodizing, painting, nickel electroless, chemfilm, Clear/Black or any other Anodizing color.
